[This little guy has found the best thing in the world! Something that makes him feel at home! A beach! And it looks like one they have at home!

[It does look like one they'd have back home, but Romano doesn't remember leaving HQ. What does it matter, a beach is a beach. HQ put him in some boys swimming trunks and gave him an inner tube (which was awesome, as far as he was concerned).

Romano walks behind Veneziano and gets ready to drop the inner tube around him. And if his little brother wasn't careful, he was going to have sand all over his hair.]
