[There's a new little animal in HQ, now. A really little one. And he's found himself stuck.

He's at the edge of a couch, looking down at the ground and shaking. It was easy enough getting up, but it's a bit too high to jump back off of.]

[Kiku will sit next to him, looking at the little kitten, and offering him his hand to smell. Or his glove, rather.]

[He's still shaking a little, but oh look, a person.

See that little stump of a tail? If there were more of it, it would be raised to say hi. As it is, he's just going to lick your hand in greeting instead.]

[He'd be so dead if any of his 40s Axis buddies were around to see this, unless it were Italy, but Japan will just pet him with his other hand and coo and little over the kawaaiiiii desu.]

[He gives a scared mew and shakes more when there's another hand reaching towards him, but once he's being pet, he starts purring.]

[Another kitty is on the ground, looking up at you.]

Miao! (Just jump, it's okay! It won't hurt, I've done that many times!)

[He looks right back, and bats at the couch for a moment.]

Mjau! (B-but, it's scary. What if I c-can't land?)

[And so, after grooming self a little to encourage herself, Wankitty climbs her way up and next to Latkitten.]

Miao! (Let's jump together, okay?)

[Hey! There's a kitten about the same size as he is!

He sits in front of the couch, looking up at him.]

Mjá, mjá? {..Hey. Are you stuck?}

Myau... (N-no, I'm really good at climbing! I. I just. C-can't get back d-down...)

[He's just going to make sad faces at you.]

[It's okay. He's a stubborn cat, too. He understands.]

..Mjá. {..is there a pillow on the couch with you?}

[He'll be disappearing from sight, now, while he attempts to drag a pillow closer to the edge.]

[Guess who's sitting on you! That's right, it is the benevolent and wonderful Russiacat! Have cuddles and licks and squishes as if to say, You are heeeeere Latkitten, and I am here to take care of you and love you and you will stay with me forever, yes? Yes..]
