"Not exactly the safest thing you're doing there," Rube calls out, having wandered up to the roof on his daily walk.

And he should know; he's reaped enough people on the edges of tall buildings to recognize unsafe conditions.

"Nothing fancy. But I've got a strong back and good arms, and I'm not afraid of a hard day's work."

Mel nods, taking this in. "OK, well, we're telling people not to leave the building right now, 'cause of the dangers. There's food enough in 202. Everyone capable is taking a shift on look out. Zuko's organising the roster. He'll be in 103 right now, still recovering. Go see him about getting on the shifts."

"Food in 202, Bossman in 103. Got it."

Rube takes another look around at the devestation and sighs.

"Guess I'll head that way, then."

Mel nods. "Better do that. Let hm know you're around."

He smiles cryptically.

"You keep away from the edge, now. Wouldn't want to have to come back up here."
