She's confined. She hates being confined.
And she hates that she's let herself become confined. That even though she tells herself she's only doing it as a favour for him, it's the same as if he'd given her an order.
And that makes her kind of mad.
And she can't wander off and beat up stuff up to ease her frustrations, because she's confined.
Cue Mel, on the roof, doing a handstand on the very very edge, waiting for her watch to be over so she can go and find Spoon or someone who can teach her how to beat stuff up in new and interesting ways.
