That man is Robert Langdon, who you may or may not have seen wandering around the apartments, inspecting little markings and skimming through brooks and just being all around curious.

Next to him is a guy with a large chinese book on mechanics on one knee and a pad of paper on the other, who appears to be translating the whole book into English, page by page, complete with illustrations. He appears to be doing this, because this is exactly what he is doing.

Judging by the stack of completed notebooks and the way he's eyeing Langdon, he's probably ready for a break.

He opens his mouth to speak.

"So a guy walks into a bar with a steering wheel down his pants -"

Langdon blinks and looks up from his reading, eyeing the man next to him for a moment before smirking.

"Does this have something to do with 'driving nuts'?"

Aww. Biff liked telling that joke.

"Levi-who-is-called-Biff. Official Translator. Been around long?"

Biff's been here nearly since the beginning, and he's losing track of the residents. Happens, when you spend most of your time translating books for the engineers and attaining Nirvana with Josh.

Langdon snickers a little bit.

"Heh, you could say that. I've been around a lot. Robert Langdon," he holds his hand out. "Professor of religious symbology."
