Ty Lee enters with another cup of tea - ordinary run-of-the-mill green, thank you very much, and a towel, warm from the steam of the water.
She places the towel on Azula's stomach and leaves the tea on the table. She rearranges the cushions. She brings a blanket, then seats herself at Azula's feet, and begins massaging points on the insides and outsides of her ankles.
Her face is calm, but she's listening carefully. They'll be coming soon, and Ty Lee has to be ready.
In the meantime, she'll make sure her princess is as comfortable as possible.
Ty Lee's massaging helps a bit, but then again, that is what she does. Azula is still in pain, and a lot of it, but it's nice to know you have a minion that cares.
Azula's slight smile is all she'll say on the subject. But Ty Lee should get the message. Prepare for your close up, minion, because you're about to go on.
The amount of pain she's in, maybe. She does look up, and not at the pills - she won't take them. She'll suffer as part of her act, besides; she doesn't know what they are.
Instead, she asks, "Who are you?" The words are not nice, and they are sharp and bitten short with pain.
"Someone who, for the divine's personal irony, is very sympathetic to your plight at the moment." Grin, grin, grin, but she pockets the pills nonetheless. Hey, if Azula's not going to have them, she's going to keep them for herself!
"I hope you don't expect me not to laugh, though, 'cause from what I just watched, there's a very short list of what could have happened to you. All of them being your fault."

How about enough to not notice the point of a high-heeled shoe poking at her thigh.

And a redheaded angel hands her two precious, precious Motrin.
