Days where there are no training sessions in the mornings are nonexistant - Iroh runs a harsh program and while participation is voluntary, if you're supposed to be there, the general has no problem giving hell to no-shows.

That doesn't mean that on slow days, when there isn't much else to work on for the rest of the day, Sokka doesn't return from training to flop face-first back into his blankets.
