He talked to Krauser. That distracted him from hitting things and gave him a purpose - good. He nearly knocked Kaylee in the head with a block of concrete - bad, but turned out all right. Almost got her to talk about the Hive - also bad, but a good kick in the head for being insensitive.
He was trying to understand, trying to be open-minded. But Sokka couldn't help but still feel like... like... well, like beating a big block of conrete into so much dust.
He's trying not to give into those impulses in his and Katara's room, though, and the best way he can think to that is keeping busy. The push-ups Spoon had shown him still seemed a little silly - he'd rather try those on his own - so he's got his sketchbook again, and a flexie from Harper with their next projects listed on it, sketching out some basic ideas, fleshing them out with Harper's notes.
He has Wash's old book, too, with some notes from Kaylee, but those are just for fun later.
