small breasts and large breasts have the same amount of sensory nerve endings. With large breasts, they're more spread out so there are less to go around the boob, while they're kinda clumped together in small breasts so you feel a lot more with them.

Or, that's my understanding.

And I think it's a difference in sensory nerve count for men and women? I thought men had sensitive nipples, too?
