Pretty much. Germany loves order, and Turkey is...less than orderly, I guess.

- Although the Italian brothers may not admit it, but they love New York style pizza.
- When Japan gets bored in World Summit meetings, he likes to ponder about which anime character would be a perfect match to each Nation-tan for cosplay.
- Austria may look strict, but he can knock back booze as much as Germany and Prussia. Drunk Austria is a friendly, laid-back type of drunk.
- Iceland originally adopted his puffin as emergency rations, but doesn't have the heart to ever kill his friend... although he does eat puffins when his friend is not around though.

It entertains me to imagine Austria as a raucous drunk who shows a surprising aptitude for rocking out on the electric guitar, no matter how unlikely that is.

Denmark always drops by Germany's house without warning or reason. It's a guarantee that he'll break something valuable and Germany's brain while there. Germany shamefully introduces him as his eldest brother- secretly most of his guests actually think Denmark is the nicest Germanic brother and wonder what went wrong with Prussia and Germany.

- America hates lots of his cheesier pop culture, or at least is irritated by it - say, Twilight - but praises it to the skies in front of other Nations just to piss them off and to back his own countrymen up.

- Canada bleeds maple syrup.

- England has a piercing somewhere it can't be seen.

- Hong Kong is more intelligent than either China or England.

-Denmark is much more mellow than he used to be, and is now pretty much a model modern European liberal free-thinker. Everyone still treats him the same, though. (He has never been quite the same as he was before WW2.)

-Romania is female.

-After Greece, Bulgaria is probably the most sane member of the 'Balkan' family. Which is really saying something.

Also, this fandom is VERY lacking in femslash (or yuri, or whatever the kids are calling it nowadays). This worries me greatly.
