i'm guessing it has to do with her abundance of germancest fics. i've never read them because i'm not big on fics, but it's possible she made some kind of fandom faux pas in one of them and that's what this is about.

I remember that some time ago somebody bothered her a bit and said she was annoying and fangirly and a horrible writer and whinewhinewhine but don't ask me more details

basically I think that yeah, it's the same person who's just generally annoyied at her for no reason whatsoever
