My nose, she is stuffed... and female. How's winter treating you, if you're ~lucky~ enough to be in cold weather for winter? I like the cold weather itself (ohh chills and icyness ahh I love it), I just hate colds. And coughs. And sneezes. BUT. Anywho!

Enjoy part 239! :)

it was pretty good and frenzied and unexpectedly early because we hadn't seen each other for about 3 weeks and he'd just returned to the country

it was pretty straightforward really

What made you choose that lj name?

it's the full first name of Teru from the band GLAY, I was obsessed with them in the early 00s (and still am, though they're less active now) and I made this account in 2002. considered changing it since it's ~weeabooish~ but I'm too attached to it so I can't be bothered

How long have you had an interest in science? I only know basic stuff so I don't know which sciences to be specific on ;3;

since I was a kid but it's always been in a casual way because I hate/am terrible at maths. My favourite subjects in school were always art, history, English and science (when it was just initially one big subject).

I'm just like my dad - I have a keen interest in lots of nerdy things, but I'm not necessarily good at them. He's a wildlife expert so his area is natural history, but he's also interested in physics, astronomy, etc so he had me read books about science and stuff as a kid, that's mostly where I got it from. I got microscopes and things as gifts as a kid, haha, mostly cause my dad would have wanted them as a kid himself

I'm interested in physics the most out of physics/biology/chemistry, but I can't pursue it at third level because I'm just too bad at maths lol. So it's just a casual interest rather than an active one. I'm good at understanding theory but I'm not too good at the technical side of things so I'm better off in humanities ability-wise

It's healthy to have a casual interest in those sorts of things! I like science well enough and am interested in it but could never pull it off as a study or profession.
