You know, all the usual personal information; name, address, contact information, work history, criminal record, et cetera... That sort of thing.

Often, there's some sort of test, as well.

Just general questions about the nation; history, national symbols, workings of the government, and so on. America has a rather extensive one with sample questions online if you want to have a look at it.
