The bracelets you made..is it possible to make a miniature third controller for it? This may sound extreme, but for..security reasons.

Also, if it could be delivered to me or picked up personally.

Yes, that's entirely possible. The buttons may be smaller and a bit harder to press but it's nothing you can't deal with. But... why silver backing?

Ah, just a aesthetic choice. Finally, I do not know if it is possible..but can this control set a higher shock..completely incapacitating a nation? For at least an hour?
