Eeehhhh don't think it's Finland or Sweden who's in the bed. One of the panels has an arrow pointing towards the figure on the bed and it says "Sealand's one and only sentinel."

Ah, no, the main point of the strip was Sealand wanting to be an adult, and asking Santa for that as a Christmas present.
But the guard said that he forgot to get him a present and he'll be making an order later, so Sealand vented on England lol

If the other anon translated it right, then yeah. And I think they're right, 'cause I think Himaruya would show Sweden's face if it were him.

"One and only sentinel" would make sense since Sealand's guarded by a single soldier. :c So sad.
