I absolutely love fic exchanges and secret santas. Does anyone know of any either on livejournal or somewhere else? Or even any communities that are ongoing, not seasonal for swaps

These aren't exchanges, per se, but in the "leave prompts and have someone fill them" side there's springkink had a decent amount of Hetalia prompts, (multifandom) and comment_fic. Most of the others I've run into are seasonal.
Hetalia needs more challenge and exchange communities. There's some serious dry spells and then there's a glut around the holidays.
