The Sims 2 Hetalia skins

I installed The Sims 2 yesterday to my computer and I'd really, really, really like make a Hetalia family. Where can I get skins? I know they exist... somewhere? I'm looking especially for Russia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, N. Italy, America, England, France and Hong Kong. Thanks in advance!

I think a user on LJ made some Sims 2 skins... I've dug one up, but it's not the one I remember seeing.
