I almost didn't read this because of the dub con warning, but then decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. I really like your take on Civil War era America; it's a little sad and haunting--as it should be.

I love how incredibly feminine, sexy and powerful France is, and how young and vulnerable America is in this story. Wonderful take on the Civil War period! =D

This is the author here. Would you believe me if I told you this is my first time writing any version of France?

I am glad people liked my take on the Civil War. It was hard reconciling my opinions on the Civil War (that it should have been a fight between state-tans) and the requester's desire (to see Alfred be both North and South, while also being crazy).
