I get like that too. Kinda.
When I was little, I was an insomniac for years. I would pick something horrible and dwell on it at night in bed. For a long time it was the ozone layer... I was convinced we were all going to die.

Yeah... but, I think it's more than that. I mean, it's like... watching it and thinking "Those aren't actors... this is real footage of killers..."
