That is just a horrible idea. There are so many choices for Chloe, and sadly, I think those watching the show would just like a decent ending for her at this point, but they're choosing to write her into nothingness and pair her with a villain... again.
Why couldn't we have Chlex again?
If all else failed, they could have paired her with Kara or Tess (who she also has chemistry with, unsurprisingly since CF flirts with everyone on screen).
It's just beyond rude that they've practically written her out of the series already. Back in S7 we were speculating that they were punishing MR for leaving by hacking his screentime and pushing his plots to offscreenville. Now I'm really starting to wonder if they're that foolish. This is why they can't get a cameo after the fact unless the actor is required by contract to come back (KK, bless her. She's in a better place/show, now...).
i stopped watching Smallville last season because it just got way too out there for me and it started to get boring(plus they brought Lana back for a few episodes and by that point i was just DONE with the show!) but yeah, i was a Chlark shipper from the beginning. he's screwed her over so many times, you'd think that just ONCE, when everyone is in their right minds and no one is on any kind of weird kryptonite drug, that they would have had them hook up. the only thing that happened since is Chloe kissed Clark at the end of one of the seasons(they all blend together now) but he didn't reciprocate that at all

Honey I think you are missing the point... Chloe isn't going to date Emil. Sounders was hinting they would date who they have hung out with the most, Clark has been with Lois most of the tome this season so she is more suited for him, who has Chloe been around the most this season? Mr. Windows you know her computers. They are going to pair up Chloe and her computers so at the end of the season they will have Brainiac 5 come back and take Chloe to the future.

PS are afraid to give AM a romantic storyline with a man she has chemistry with because it will take the focus away from the supposedly epic Cnois.
Chloe had obvious chemistry with Clark, Lex, Davis and Oliver so who is she paired sith? Jimmy!
Why can't George make an appearance now? I'd settle for their entire relationship happening in Off=screenville then have to watch Chloe with Emil.
