fic homework (with pretty damned good time)

I wanted to be back here by the 8th and I pretty much was, except for actually posting this. :)

I've actually tentatively worked up a story based on phantom_queen's request, but don't want to start writing it until I have her approval. I know real life gets in the way of fic, both writing and reading, so if I haven't heard back by the time I'm done Almost ( Read more... )

"I really want to write a fun, flirty Morgan/Garcia fic for Criminal Minds."

It seems we ship with one mind, April - Morgan & Garcia are pretty much the only 'ship I would consider writing for outside of Smallville.

"I also want to write a Merlin/Morgana fix-it fic where their relationship and characters (Morgana’s in particular) sticks with the way it was written in season 1 and 2. Kind of an AU based on my un-met expectations of the show."

I used to be intrigued by all the possibilities in the Merlin 'ships (Mergana, Mergwen, Arwen, Argana - even the slash-ships Morgwen & Arlin!), but even before the suckfest of a finale, I had lost interest in the show and now I just can't be arsed.

I still have a lot of Smallville stories swirling around in my head, but I'm beginning to lean towards steering that creativity towards my own original ideas. Who knows? I may be sitting on a goldmine, not not even know it! :-)

I'm positive you are! You spin a damned good tale and I'm sure that's not limited to SV. It's a risk, writing orig, not having the built-in audience or established characters. i'm a bit scared to put mine out there. But I'm gonna do it, dagnabbit ( ... )

I love your ideas about giving Mary and Ann a chance at romance. I've always felt more than a little sorry for them.

I desperately want to deal with them. Ann didn't have much focus, but you can tell from that mother, she's not a happy girl.
