I'm enjoying a glass of Morningstar Meadow's Sweet Cherry-ty Mead and wondering how the rest of the bottle will fare. Should I keep it in the fridge? How long will it keep?
Alas, once the containment has been breached, no wine (and mead is a wine for this purpose) keeps long or well, and to date there hasn't been a gimmick that works worth a good goddamn AFAIK.
Seal it back up, airtight as you can, and enjoy while it lasts. The fridge will help, as the cooler temperature will somewhat slow the loss of volatile chemicals.
