I have a love/hate relationship with those forty or fifty item questionnaires you get in employee applications. I know trying to game them probably isn't the best idea, but it's hard to resist the impulse to climb up in Office Depot's head

I know someone who manages in the retail buisness, and apparently, the correct thing to do is lie your ass off. People don't look at the individual answers anyways, all they see is a score at the end.
