32. Any plans today?
I had an unexpected day off, during which I napped, wrote, napped again, walked the dog, made dinner and brownies, and was otherwise wholly unproductive. It was great.

40. Is anyone jealous of you?
I sometimes think MiniPlu is jealous that things sometimes come more easily to me than to her.

Isn't that kind of how it's supposed to work though? Presumably we get *better* at things as we get older and have more experience? Or is this related to her anxiety and envying you because it's not something you have?

I do think that a lot of it is experience, yes - I've told her repeatedly that when I was her age, I might not have comprehended XYZ as well. I do also think that overall I probably learn faster than she does, even when I was a teen, but age and experience definitely help!

Technically we have one dog ... haha ... that's too cute! ;-)

Well, I mean it's true that mostly we see to the dog's needs and my SIL sees to the cat's needs (except at dinner, where my kids take turns feeding the cats), but we do all enjoy their company as a family. :D

That's a pretty sweet deal with the finals for seniors, and good for MiniPlu that she was able to avoid having to take any!

Ouch for the foot injury, though, and hope the next round doesn't make it worse.
