...what's wrong with acrylic, please? I'm really curious, since I've never used anything beyond poster colour paints, haha. And why do you like oil paint more? thanks.

Acrylic dries way too fast and is so much more difficult to blend than oil paint. It's also a lot harder to mix the same exact colors once it dries. Oil paint might take longer to dry but its so much easier to get better contrasts, gradation and is just easier to work with in general.
