YAY! I'm so glad he's alive! I *hurt* for Kurt, and then when he said he'd love him forever to the air....*pain* but then FINN WAS THERE! I was hoping, but I didn't want to hope too hard in case you were going for bittersweet here. I could have seen this fic ending with Kurt retiring and getting a house by the beach to honor Finn's memory. That would have killed me, so thank God Finn lived to fail another day!

I loved this fic so much from start to finish. A seriously fun AU. Pirate!Kinn was funny, charming, and wonderful to read. Really, I got too happy when I saw updates. hahah Thanks so much for writing and sharing it here. Thanks for the d/l too; I just snagged it! lol I'll move it to my kindle in the morning. I'm going to miss this awesome fic! Great ending and perfect thing to read before crashing. Here's to pirate!Kinn dreams!! :D

I had honestly really considered ending it that way, with Kurt kind of finding a way to honor Finn's memory and doing it like that, but I'm an utter sap and I couldn't leave Kurt heartbroken so in the end I decided to go with Finn being alive.

Returned from vacation a few days ago,I finally read the last chapters and I'm glad there was an happy end for Kurt and Finn.Beautiful fic,I liked it a lot.A very good job :)
