I've always considered Hanazakari no Kimitachi e one of my favorite shoujo titles, despite the fact that I totally lost interest in the two main characters around the end of its serialized run.

I was excited when I found out that there was going to be a (Japanese) drama. I imagined all sorts of awesomeness from it.

YES YES YES!!! honestly, the manga was about sano and mizuki but PLEASE. enough. more of the side characters, more of NAKATSU!! andmore of NAKATSU NOT PINING OPVER MIZUKI. because, seriously, he already has taiki by his side.

my heart actually kind of breaks for the crazy love triangl (square) that is nakatsu, taiki nad mizuki. who actually deserves sano. magsama sila. *cough*

interesting. I haven't read more than one volume of the manga, because I wasn't all that into it. I have no idea who any of these characters are! Maybe I should d/l some chapters ... the 1st ep of the drama was funny though.

vaguely, lol. i remember him confessing to mizuki though, in front of the whole school. (and then later on, when sano made her cry, and she just turned him down all over again -- but that was fine sicne taiki was there for him anyway. *cough*)

OMG yesssss....

They are OTP...but in a friendship/non-romantic(lol.maybe) way...I loved them in this episode and I can't even pinpoint why.I loved the ghost dude! He is possibly the coolest dude in the drama...and OMG! He looks like he eats(Nanba looks like an anorexic Matsumoto Jun)

It was sooo cute when he's like "you have a nice aura" and puts his hands up like that with that freaky yet sexy look...Ehhhh! I died!
and my favourite part was when he was talking to Nakatsu about his grandma and saying that she was proud of him. Awwww!!

I love them!...well I love them more than I love Sano/Mizuki at the moment:P

I'm cool with Nakatsu and Taiki being either romantic or completely platonic.

I loved them in this episode and I can't even pinpoint why.
I can! I mean I can pinpoint why I adored them in this episode and why I will probably continue to love them as the dorama progresses. It's mostly because they have set chaacterizations in my mind because of the manga (have you read it?) where Taiki has always looked after Nakatsu, and where Taiki was the only one who ever really knew the real and complete Nakatsu (however oblivious the latter might have been). And I really loved that that dynamic was obvious this early on in the drama. ♥

I have always loved them more than Sano/Mizuki, and I probably will do so forever, heh.

Lol...yeh, I think it was just that Ghost Boy is soo oddly kewl...he seriously is amazing to me...although now that Nakatsu is angsting about being gay for Mizuki(gaynst?) it is all kewl and I like him^_^

I really really liked Ella and Wu Zun but ummm...not feeling the Sano/Mizuki love..maybe when Sano gets nicer because right now he is just an ass...althought drunk Sano is so hilarious:P

OH God....Nakatsu is one of my all time favorites. Especially with the other kid, who've I've since forgotten his name, so I'm going to assume that's his name up there--Taiki? (The one that sees auras and ghosts? right?) In my head I call him nekokaya, but that might because I'm mixing him with the ouran host club character. I read the manga so many years ago, that's a bit blurry, but I absolutely loved him. I loved how he anchored Nakatsu and they both worked so well together. I just keep remembering how they'd always be there for each other. Oh...And it probably doesn't help that I already loved the kid playing Taiki is the one from Himitsu no Hanazono, which I really liked him in. I'm definitely looking forward to the next episode.

yes! yes! that's him, taiki, the ghost boy. and now i'm even more curious about himitsu no hanazono. there are little to none seeders over at D-A though, and MU sucks ass for me. :( Hopefully, a batch torrent comes out soon. XD
