AC travel plans for this year (Florida/Louisiana/Texas)

I'm looking for some ideas for a trip after AC this year.
I'm still waiting for someone to answer me to know if I will visit her place before AC, or if I will go directly to the convention (so if you're reading this Ginger, please check your emails, I need your answer really soon, as I will take my plane tickets next week).

I will let you know when I will be around, and when my schedule will be a little more accurate.
By the way, I've already visited epcot center when I was a kid, and some parts of magic kingdom, but it was like 20 years ago. Did a lot of things have changed there or in the area ? And things that have been created since then which could be a must to see.

Cool!

There are two more parks at Disney World- The Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios, in addition to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. They've added some new things to the Magic Kingdom and changed some things in Epcot.

The Orlando area has built up a good bit in 20 years; I'd take a look at some tourist sites to see what's around that you may be interested in. But of course, just seeing Disney World thoroughly can take nearly a week, now!

For the trip, we will see, but it should be fun, I've only need to check some little things before leaving and to check if my schedule is correct and is doable without too much problems. It will be a long road to do alone if anyone is willing to come with me, so I need to be carefull and to plan in advance hotels, rest area, dinning area and places to see.

It's ok, she had send me an email today, and I have been reassured when a friend of me told me yesterday she had updated her facebook some days ago.
That would be great being able to see some of you this summer after AC ^_^
By the way, are you going to AC too this year ?
