I wasn't going to do this, but then it wouldn't stop poking ideas at me.
Chosen from the sentais I've seen more than one episode of.
All Girl Sentai: *is lazy and has not explained all her choices, but they're hopefully kinda obvious, but will gladly explain to anyone who comments if they aren't*
Red: Ran (Gekiranger)- My favourite Reds are ones that lead with their heart more than their heads. Plus, she has leadership experience as "captain" of the Gekiranger. (Runner up - Mako)
Blue: Sakura (Boukenger) Balance out Ran's enthusiasm.(Runner up - Yuuri)
Yellow: Chisato (Megaranger) Tech saavy lesbian-ish(Runner up - Ranru)
Green: Jasmine (Dekaranger) (Runner up - Urara)
Pink: Saki (Go-onger)(Runner up - Natsuki)
Sixth (most likely gold): Lin (Dairanger)(Runner up - Ako)
All Blue Sentai:
Red: Hoji (Dekaranger)- I know what I said for the girl sentai; but he was the first one to come to mind when I thought "blue" and "leader".
Blue: Shouji (Dairanger) - While he was never really a secondary leader on his team, he'd very likely be able to take those duties on. More important is that he'd call Hoji on his BS in a way very close to the way Ban did.
Yellow: Kai (Gaoranger) - Fits more the "snarky yellow" profile than "big, dumb, eats lots and is gay", but still yellow-y. ...and it'd give Gaku a heart attack if he knew Kai was a yellow >:]
Green: Renn (Go-onger)-('cause why wouldn't I include him?)Picking up on the Sen-ish qualities in him: smart, mostly quiet-but scary when angry, peacekeeper, and a bit odd(-su).
Pink: Nanami (Hurricanger) More by elimination than character: Renn covers a motherly/peacekeeper type, so Urara's out; and Ako, Shouji and Kai would form a gang together to drive Hoji batshit insane, and beat up little kids. Although she does fit the "heart" category. And the other option would be Ayase in a skirt.
Sixth (likely Silver): Retsu (Gekiranger)- Remarkable skill, and Troubled Past(TM), and a little full of himself.
