The weather is beautiful - so beautiful in fact that I worked in the garden on Saturday, tried to have my first dive of the year on Sunday (failing miserably, btw - I thought diving in a drysuit should be tolerably non-cold, but I should have thought of getting decent neoprene gloves - as it was, my face and my hands got so cold in the 6 degree ( Read more... )

Is that more about literature or virtually anything related to LOTR?

This one is good all around, as the titel says, its organized as a guidebook. Has a good section on the artists, too. Btw, John Howe has his own homepage. I guess in a way that's fan culture gone pro.

The obligatory name generator, got it from here which might or might not have other sites of interest.

Oh, and I just remembered, I have the official LotR-Guidebook, I'll take it along tonight.
