The meeting in Cologne and therefore my presentation was cancelled on short notice due to one main presenter turning ill; with all my preparations for the presentation, the day off as well as travelling arrangement, among them the 55 Euro train ticket which I couldn't get back because of short notice cancellation, this was very annoying indeed. In

Hey, view it like that: It's great to find that suspicions are unfounded - and I don't think F. thinks that everything is alright. He ceratinly wants to show you by that gift how much he longs for you two to be together next summer - and that he would like you to share something he likes with him. I wouldn't see this as overconfidance, but rather as a real proof of love on his part. Don't worry so much! This is a nice turn of events - enjoy it!

By the way: I'm sorry for all the confusion about Saturday. D. veered from indecisive to seclusive, and I just didn't want to quarrell.Sometimes men and their moods can be *gaaahhh*. We went to this mystery-man;-) party though. I think you woulden't have liked it - it really was all about techno, but it didi us some good. But I still hate it when men become difficult :-)

Thanks, and I think you are right. Still... I do think F. and I still have some talking to do, and it's hard to do if things are fine...
