Once again, I'm struck by just how wonderfully you write Watanuki. He's just so perfect in this, and it makes me want to re-read the manga or some xxxHolic fanfiction.

This is one of my most favorite fics, I always go back to this when I want to read something short but good. Thanks so much for writing and sharing ♥ You always manage to remind me why I love this pairing.

Yay, thanks! Normally it's easy for me to write Watanuki, but he resisted fiercely in this chapter. He just didn't want to get horizontal, and some persuasion was in order *hides the whip*. XD

Nah, it's fine. You always manage to say just the right thing to make me melt into a puddle of happy writer goo. I'm happy you like it so much. :3

*HUGSQUISH* OMGOSH... can I tell you... the bit about Doumeki's eyelashes made me squeal. just a tiny detail in the grand scheme of things, but the way you WORDED it... happy place. happy place.

this was a WONDERFUL ending!! it turned out so perfectly!! dear dear Doumeki ... so blunt with his 'here feel my crotch' move... yet actually, so very him. XD XD I can almost see the "do something about this" look he must have had on his face. XD

I must confess to liking the eyelashes bit, myself... and Watanuki too, but he won't ever, ever admit to it. Doumeki and "cute" just don't go together, in his book, not even if it was only a tiny part of him that behaved cutely. XD

I actually debated whether it wasn't out of character for Doumeki to be quite so blunt... but now I'm glad I kept it; a lot of people seemed to have found that part hilarious. XD
Doumeki: so blunt he doesn't need words to get the message across! XD

I don't think it was out of character... like the story mentioned ... he's a man of actions, not words. XD And what better way to get his point across SUPER quickly?? XD

Ooooh, yeah. In fact, I downloaded it to my computer and periodically re-watch it. Who knew Doumeki would be quite sooooo sexy dancing. *____*
I can almost hear Watanuki screeching at Doumeki for hogging the spotlight and for getting a slightly longer part than him... "and if you were going to do this in the first place, you could have at least smiled, damn it!!" XD

But Kurogane dancing like that while smiling seems almost surreal. Wonder what Yuuko slipped in his tea...? (since this is from the horitsuba universe, Yuuko would be the headmaster and Kurogane the gym teacher... and she always loves to torture him. XD)
