[xxxholic drabbles] "April Fool", "Gluttony", and "Cold Hands"

Drabble time!! These are a few drabbles that I wrote, whether in response to a challenge, in thanks for a drabble received or simply because a prompt caught my attention.
I decided to write these because I need practice in being concise (I'm too verbose for my own good) and to kick-start my muses, which were getting way too lazy for my taste.

Oh, spring... don't you love spring? XD

(and this is what they mean when an anime character says that they're in "the springtime of their life". It can be taken as "youth" or simply being being in love, but most likely refers to sexual awakening...)

Thank you!! It was hard, they were either too short or too long, and it was a tough decision to pick which words had to go, or decide where an extra word or two could be fit without taking from the original meaning.

Well, according to my "Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English" (third edition):

Kudos: admiration and respect that you get for being important or doing something important.

So I got a flood of admiration and respect. *feels loved* ^_____^

To my knowledge, April Fool's day isn't celebrated anywhere outside the US. However, we've often heard Mokona joke about "April-fool Watanuki" (or things to that intent), so it makes me think that at least Yuuko would have celebrated it, and with glee. XD

Whooops. Turns out that there are several countries that celebrate April Fool's.

It isn't celebrated on my country (or anywhere in Latin America, unless I'm mistaken), so I got confused. ^^U

Watanuki would phrase it differently, but yes, that's the idea... which doesn't bode well for Doumeki's weight now that they're living together (and should that situation go on in the future). XD

LOL Probably because it's so amusing. And doubly so with those two, who have a naturally amusing relationship as it is.

Mmm, well. If Watanuki keeps getting into situations where he needs saving, I'm sure Doumeki will get enough exercise.

Plus it felt great to have Doumeki as the victim this time around. I think it was a reaction to reading too much Sex God!Doumeki. XD
(of course Doumeki wouldn't let this bother him -too much- but Watanuki would be extremely offended, even though it was his fault)

Or he could insist that they indulge in other kinds of "excercize" (*wink, wink, nudge, nudge*). XD
