No! Don't die on me!!

If you know me, than you know that one of my passions is baking. I was right in the middle of mixing today when my electric mixer took a dive! Looks like I'll be hand mixing everything for a while now. I am super sad about that! I love baking! And I love my mixer. Maybe I just need to get one of those super expensive KitchenAid Mixers. I have a large balloon whisk for such emergencies, but I'll be honest and say that my cheapo electric whisk gets used a lot more than my grander food processor. No, you don't need something expensive.

I do have a hand whisk for such things, but the electric mixer was much faster. But it's juts a dreams to have one of those, really. There is no way I can afford one of those super expensive mixer/processors. lol

Agree with BMG. You don't need expensive to do baking. I have a KitchenAid I hardly use anymore (although I do use the one I have for Passover a lot!). My 16 cup food processor does help in kneading bread dough; I can make 4 loaves with that thing!

My food processor is TINY. It's a 2-3 cup one I think. lol. I do need a new mixer for sure! I have to say that it lasted a LONG time though. :)
