Spike explained about his recent strange behavior. I knew that Riley returning here was going to cause trouble for him, I just didn't know how. Not like it was Riley that acted alone, but he helped that Robin person try to kill Spike. I believe Buffy will make sure it won't happen again

*Stumbles up to the front door of The Magic Box, clutching his chest. Breathing is getting shorter and more quiet. Grabs and twists the doorknob and loses control of his body. The door slams open as his body falls to the floor just inside the shop. A bottle of painkillers hits the floor and bounces a couple of feet away.*

*comes out from behind the counter to see what the comotion is*

*sees the body lying just inside the doorway and rushes up the steps to help*

*kneels down next to him*

Hello? Can you hear me?

*Blinks his eyes quickly as his breathing gets slower and slower until it stops. His whole body goes limp.*

*pats the man's face a few times trying to revive him*

*realizes he's no longer breathing*

Oh no you don't! You will not die in my shop, you...whoever you are!

*starts pounding on his chest like she's seen on television programs and tells the few customers in the shop to call 911*

*realizes who he is*

Ok guy that hit Buffy, you just hang on, help is on the way!

*moves aside as one of her customers says they know CPR and waits for the ambulance to show up*
