Oh god that totally sucks! I too live in the fear that one day they'll block LJ, gmail, orkut, etc...which are literally the sites I visit everyday. And you're right about the fact that we don't do random surfing at the cost of work...they should know that!!
Sure, I can refer you if you like! :) They still allow the sites but their modus operandi is to give you so much work that you don't have the time for a trip to the pantry or loo let alone blog or surf!!
Hmm...I never complained about orkut, chat software etc but being unable to check web mail irked me. However, LJ, flickr, and wikipedia ban is pushing me up the wall.
That's bad! But you can still do some LJ'ing from home or on your phone :-) Time to upgrade to the latest phone and also get net access in on it. What say ;-)
I know! See, I can only crib about them blocking blogs but blocking Wikipedia is insane. Infact any Web site that has a 'game,' 'entertainment,' 'hobby,' 'recreation,' 'personal,' tag is blocked!!
Na, no wireless connection. I have a VPN connection but that is taking it too far. I am a sucker for rules, as any of my school/college friend would know. *sniffle*

I am a Motorola loyal, so okay. But strangely, I have never been able to use GPRS on my V3i. :(
