Having changed 9 cell phone models in 6 years, I can totally identify with this post.

I will not buy a new cell phone until the present one goes kaput

I never observe this vow ;)

Fair enough. So now when you eye those new models, you will need some ways to make your present phone go kaput. :D

That's the whole trouble! However, I made this post as a constant reminder to stop me from doing the same.

Until i read this post, I didn't even know wat GBA was! :: hides face ::

I'm really surprised how easily i can remain immune to all these flashy things in the showroom windows, and all over my home now - thanks to my roomie! But I can't even spare a 'Wow' on them! Maybe i'm just over it all. wonder if its a good thing or bad! :(

The only time i ever tried being a gizmo / gadget freak was to impress this teenage techie crush in my computer class! :P

It is a good thing - definitely. See, at the end of it all, none of these things give you a natural high.

This is a GBA SP! It is my best friend on my way back home from work.

gizmo-crazy, eh?
i'm the freak who bought a Sony Ericsson P900, a Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Headset, a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR ... all in the space of less than a year... in a fit of gizmo-craziness! :-D

I will not buy a new cell phone until the present one goes kaput.
errr... I dropped my P900 and it crashed on the ground splitting into individual parts... the body, the battery, the battery cover and the stylus... and still it is in perfect working condition! ... no kaput!! heehee
