I haven't seen TLG yet(I blame the slow people at the library...) but I read the synopsis so I had an idea of what had happened in the ep....

I think there are fics you've written and I haven't read before (so it's basically new fic for me, yay!). That's a good thing when you're still a newbie :) Can't wait for the weekend to read, and then maybe my muse will come back.

I think this is another important point that isn't talked about very much. He did it willingly but why? He didn't want it to be anyone else. And you could look at it as just friendship if you wanted to. They were close enough that he knew their friendship would survive anything and he wanted it to be someone she would not feel awkward with afterwards.

Isn't there a fic like this? Must look later.

Well, you know what I'm going to say - it has to be very close friendship! *g* You're making a good point, though, and I love how protective he was of her, in a way that never made her look "weak". (I don't know about that fic. If you find it, link me).

However, I prefer my explanation - he was willing because he wanted her. What? It makes perfect sense :)
