That's not a typo; an entrepeneur in India the Indian government has unveiled a low-cost touchscreen tablet with a starting price of $35. And the price is expected to drop to $10.

Four-function calculators cost early adopters several hundred dollars. I think I paid $50 for mine. I recently bought one with way more functions for a dollar.
