An email came in this morning from someone with a name so unbelievable I thought it was an April Fool's joke. The question then became, "Who consciously decides, when their last name is Flam, to name their son Sam?" And then of course it had to be said, "Sam Flam I am I am - I eat green eggs and ham."

The funny thing about this whole call? There were probably 15 (or more) different accents. A lot of our programmers are from India or Russia, so we had those accents. We also had several people on from London and a handful from Zurich, which could be Swiss, German, French, and Italian (or a combination of all of the above), and a variety of others. There's even a really thick-talking Texas guy! But yeah, the one I heard that my ear commented on the most, was the "Lawn Guyland" guy. And I heart you for sharing that spelling with me!

1. People who type whilst listening to the call - WE CAN STILL HEAR YOU TYPING, even if you do it softly!!
2. When all the participants are swiss or speak fluent german, then we get one non-swissy, and EVERYONE has to speak english, with varying levels of success - and the non German speaker doesn't even acknowledge the shift!
