I have very fond memories of making that kind of cookies with my mom. She called them something else, though. Cookie press? I can't remember, but oh YUM!

As I started making them, I honestly couldn't remember the last time I made CCCs. (and then later remembered they're probably the least high-altitude-friendly cookies, but oh well)

I'd love to know what ingredients you play around with with them!

I seriously hadn't remembered how much I liked the dough! LOL

And actually, this batch turned out pretty much exactly the way you describe!

ohmyword -- I liked 'em before, but now I TOTALLY HEART them! I added an update to my entry, and oh, I .... yeah totally heart them :)
