I wanted to post here an apology to all who might have been offended by my first post.
Wrong foot and all that.
What needs to be understood was my journal entry that was linked in the post was not written FOR this group, and therefore was rather harsh. I joined this group after having written that post, and I shared it only because I thought that there might be people here that could sympathize with my frustrations over slash.
The original post was written in anger, and in irritation, and for the intent of being confrontational and slightly humorous in its over-the-top tone and nature.
I suppose that was lost in translation. Usually the only people who read my journal are those who KNOW me, and they understand what I mean when I say I am a "grumpy Shinx".
I am “anti-slash” but not “anti-homosexuals”
But you will just have to take my word on that, and I acknowledge that some of you won’t believe me, but all in all, you have all said what you wanted to say on the matter…I would assume…so I think it would be best to, how you say, move on?
