I take public transit every day, and not a single day goes by when I do not get hassled by a male member of the population. And I'm sorry. REALLY sorry. I don't exist in the same world that you do- I don't see this, or I suspect I'd have a few assault charges on my record. I wish I could be present when something like this happens so for to unleash great vengeance and furious anger upon dimwitted fuckwads.

This isn't the first time something like this happened, and this isn't the first time I didn't break the offender's face. The problem is, I'm not too quick on the uptake, and while I am very capable of kicking ass, it's not my knee-jerk reaction, so when something this outrageous happens, I don't even comprehend it until it's too late.

You can only really make the case for harassment if it is recurring; if he were to f*ck off and then come back and be obnoxious again, then I'd have a case. Otherwise, the copper told me, they'd just plead free speech and that'd be it.
