My laptop, it is back with me! I got to pay $100 for the privilege of getting a replacement keyboard and some sympathetic shoulder-patting by the pretty Apple girl, but, as I was imagining ARMAGEDDON BEING NIGH, this is actually quite nice ( Read more... )

Tia Dalma will forever be Amphitrite in my head canon now, because it's just perfect in so many ways to Sunday, as is the fic in general :D I loved this ♥

And yay for the laptop! Sounds like it could have been much worse, but you got through okay, so that's always a good thing, yeah?

I did! I was imagining all worst-case scenarios and generally being very weepy. I feel so sorry for my mom, as I would get to thinking about expensive repairs and being without a laptop for weeks and then went and cried in her general vicinity. I don't think she knew what to do ;___; Comparatively, this is the fairytale ending.

sjhjshfjkdhk, thank you ~♥ I still think PJO/PotC would be such an awesome crossover, and I always think the wives of Olympus need some badassery all their own. /nodnod

Fairytale endings are always legit, even comparative ones :D

It's all deserved ♥ Yes, it really would be...I want it to happen now, so bad ;___; And seriously, they really do, and especially Amphitrite since she's always just kind of thrown in the corner and ignored as compared to Persephone and Hera :/

Ooh, keyboards! I just saw this one while shopping at Macy's today. The texture is to die for. ♥ But I'm glad to hear that you got yours fixed! :D

omg that is a kickass keyboard. And that'd be easy to cart around in your backpack. Man, I wish we had a Macy's in Nebraska, but the closest one is a solid three hours away, which is sucky because we always get the ads for Macy sales on TV and we're always like, ;______; WHY YOU TORTURE US SO?

It is, it is. I stood there typing on it just for fun for like five minutes. XD

Hmm, well at least you have Target, right? Best store ever right there. Some friends moved to Washington after spending a few years in MN and they said the worst thing other than the weather was that there were no Targets around. :(

You could order it off the Internets too, but the shipping is like $10 which is D:

Yessss, Targets ♥ There were none in Hawaii when I moved there, either (nor were there any Long John Silver's. My two life staples! *sob*) and it was very upsetting. Then they opened one in April close to Pearl Harbor and all was right with the world again.

/cool story

And ewww, shipping. I want the postal service to stay in business as much as the next person, but I don't want to actually pay for shipping what is this ;____;

I am glad you got your keyboard fixed! Laptop troubles are the worst.

Also, this fic. ♥ I love the way you write Tia, she just feels so real. And that last line is perfect and people who need and love each other so much is my favorite thing to read about and you write it so well.

Oh, god, aren't they? I hadn't had any serious problems in almost two years, I was so out of practice.

Also, youuuuu, I am thankful for you this Thanksgiving, you are so kind to me ♥♥ The fact that you read my fic even though you don't know the fandom just gives me so many warm fuzzies, I don't even know what to do with them. You are the best, bb, thank you!

I love this. Reading your Nico is, like, heaven and home and shadows, and um, I'm driveling. And I'm all for a PJO/PotC crossover!
