No, not quite. I assure you that is also a common scenario.

Generally families are made up of two parents: a Mother and a Father. Father's have a day as well to celebrate, it just so happens that Mother's day is first.

W-well... mothers are warm and loving. They take care of you and brush your hair, and give you lots of hugs. It's really nice.

Yeah, this place is confusing.

As for Mother's day, though... Well, in your situation, I guess you wouldn't celebrate it. If you had a bad mother, or didn't know her, then I don't think the holiday matters too much.

I'm sorry to hear that, though. It sounds like you had a... interesting family life.
