Think about it...Eragon comes across the sorceress who wanted to get close to him after Farthen Dur and Saphira chased her off. If a rider falls in love and the dragon is connected, does this equal Mindsex (as brought up in the topic of no identifying marks on Saphira) or magic sex? Seriously...if they share each other's pain do they share pleasure ( Read more... )

mental bonds, inheritance

From what I understand, it is somewhat like Pern, where the dragons mate and their owners mate, too :D

I'd assume that if a Dragon Rider "mated" with a non Dragon Rider, that his/her dragon would also experience the feelings, but not have an outlet. Would that lead into dragon masturbation?

The world may never know.

I think it would be a branch of mindsex.

The world may never know...its like the question how how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop.

This reminds me of Jordan's The Wheel of Time series, with Aes Sedai bonding and stuff. If I recall correctly, it's #9 where Rand is bonded by three different women, and he has sex with Elayne (sp?), the one he hasn't done yet. So the other two girls, Min and Aviendha (sp?) are going crazy because they can feel it too, and then Elayne's other warder, some archer chick, can also feel what's going on, and, well, it's amusing.

Oh don't worry, he'll probably use original, mind-breaking terms like "utter bliss" "mindless passion" and "glorious joy" and... oh, am I blinding everyone? Sawree...

Oh man. I didn't know who Brugh was, so I looked it up...

"Brugh-one of Eragon's horses back home in Carvahall."
