Questions we could ask Paolini that he would actually answer

So over the years antishirts have tried to point out the inconsistencies and basically poor writing in Inheritance, but he (or someone on his staff) have basically always silenced or ignored them. But I'm pretty sure if we phrase our critques in such a way, we actually could ask him legitimate questions and get legitimate answers in the next faq. ( Read more... )

You're being too direct putting him on the spot like that. It's better to pose it like you want to know, like "What is the plural of eldunari? I've seen you use eldunarya in interviews before, but the books seem to treat eldunari as both singular and plural."

Looking at all the comments, you’re pretty good at making criticisms of Paolini seem like genuine fan interest questions. Maybe you should be the antishurtugal ambassador we send to talk to Paolini.

"You sure put Eragon in some tough situations. What would have happened if Eragon didn't kill that patrol?"

"How can I write such a loathesome individual as Sloan?"

"What percent of Galbatorix's forces joined willingly?"

Hey, it's Falling (of Dog Eared, the later days- also Impish Idea and Inheritance Forums). I don't know if everyone has exited out or what. I wanted to make a new topic, but I don't know if I can. I was just wondering if people had seen that Paolini was releasing a set of short stories in the Eragon universe.
