I've been considering changing that to crunches, since I'm afraid of the gluteus getting any larger-the last time I did that without eating restrictively, my ass muscles outgrew my pants hahahaha
I was thinking that, and then I did fifty squats yesterday (my floor has no space on it, right now), and it was no big deal. Not that 250 squats or abs would be a breeze, but I see how it's doable. And, of course, in the words of the great (and frightening) Jillian Michaels, "Intensity! Intensity! Intensity!"
