[A tug on Lantis’s pants leg, obviously from someone a good deal shorter than he is. The child looks up and kind of smiles like there is something on her mind. ]

The guy in there…

[Points at the door to the candy shoppe she must have just recently visited as she has a freshly licked lollipop in one hand. Thankfully, not the same hand she was using to tug on Lantis… otherwise he might end up sticky.]

… says the door isn’t locked.

[Lantis blinks at the child before his eyes widen. Then he shifts a little and nods.]

...Thank you.

[That...is so like Eagle. Well he takes a deep breath and heads inside. If he's been caught then lingering outside to continue thinking this through is pointless.]

[Eagle is putting a few things away on one of the shelves when the bell over the door rings to announce Lantis’s entrance. He doesn’t bother to turn around as the boxes had to first be set securely in place before he could, besides… who else could it be?]

I was wondering how long you were going to stand out there.

[The boxes in place Eagle can climb down from the small step ladder to pay Lantis better attention. ]

So, I finally sent a messenger after you.

[Lantis glances off to the side. That's clearly his answer to that. Someone didn't realize he'd been caught.
