Or maybe the colors we see are just that. Our eyes cant handle anymore than the rainbow. We see Ultra-violet. What about infrared? Or Cosmic rays? No matter how hard you try to conceive a new brilliant color its always a different shade of an already existing one. Its like one day we find a box that shot like a meteor from the sky, we look inside and bam! new colors for everyone. And once thats out of the box, would it spread? Do you ever listen to Coast to Coast AM? Half crazies but mostly interesting.
i'm saying, is that these terms you are using, ultra-violet and infared and our human understandings of occurances are just human! like, "scientific" tests and findings are just human interpretations of what we think they are. same with a bunch of people talking on a radio show that studied things. and it's not about me trying to find these things or me trying to see new colors, it's just a matter of me wondering if they are out there, even though i can't see them, and knowing i can't see them. and... i used colors as an example, its out of anything really. air molecules, waves, etc...
Well yeah, ever term, formula, observation, theory, shitttt even history book, is the most widely accepted human understanding of an occurance/event. And since we cant see infrared light we use infrared film to capture it. Einstein had no way of testing out "E=MC square" but people everywhere still believe that it could be possible. Its part observations and part human enginuity. Even though you cant see light waves or roll air molecules like marbles in the palm of your hand there are ways to know they exist. Einstein couldnt test his theory but from what he knew about other forms of matter and energy and how they reacted to other energys it was possible to believe in a possibilitie. Its like god, you cant see god, feel god, touch god, but some people believe that he exists. And some go a little farther than that. Science is understanding how the fuck we happened. I still want a new color.
